There is an all out attack on your health every single day, especially if you live in a big city. Sedentary life is terrible for you. Most foods today are terrible for you. Toxins and poisons are everywhere and in everything. The first step is coming to this realization. The second is making the decision to be healthy. In today’s society you cannot just stumble into health. Here is what I have done to prioritize my health: 1. Minimize stress (hard but imo the most important) 2. Get sun as much as possible 3. Minimize processed food and eat healthy whole foods 4. Exercise/be active (outside in the sun is a bonus) 5. Reconnect with nature. My favorites are beach, national parks, and mountains
