Did you not care before it was someone you agreed with tho? It was obviously going in this direction too. It's a bit like when trump was banned off twitter. But tbf there were some left wing people who criticised this too, it was quite obviously a bad precedent.
It’s a good leveller. Now folks on both left and right can see what’s up. I would feel smug for repeatedly telling people Starmer would be massively authoritarian, to be fair many people who were former Labour members knew full well. But I feel no joy in being right.
First they came for the Christians for citing Bible verses in public. Then they came after the pro-lifers for praying outside of abortion clinics...
It is very telling when the simple act of saying “Hey, stop slaughtering innocent men women and children” is met with open hostility. “dOeSnT iSrAeL hAvE a RiGhT tO dEfEnD iTsElF?!” “Anti-Semitic!” The UK government has been making speaking out on the Israeli Government a sure fire way to become a social pariah for a long time, using its mouth pieces like Rachel Riley to smear anyone who dares question Netanyahu and his foul government. Now they have upgraded to open war on those who question the state. Is this coming to the states? Almost assuredly. People need to wake up.

There are people locked up in prison in the UK right now, for multiple years, for simply *planning* a peaceful protest... That's what 14 years of Tories did to freedom in the UK
