While this may seem like an intentional rebellion against whole fat milk and decent cappuccinos, my 15 years of experience in F&B says someone simply failed to place a proper order 😄

Not in this case. The touchscreen of the machine itself describes their cappuccino as being espresso mixed with skim milk.
They actually chose this.
