so is it your kid, or another man's?
It's OUR KID.
She's leaving him with me and removing herself from the situation.
"Leaving her kid"
Please excuse my 8th grade English.
You think maybe that might be part of the problem? "Her kid" as opposed to "our kid" indicates that you keep your boy at arm's length because it's his mama's job to raise him fully. It's real easy to blame the mom when she leaves but it's real hard to look at the mirror.
As a mom myself I could never walk away from my child but sometimes people get overwhelmed when they feel like they're doing something alone that should be a team effort.
Well it's not "her" kid. It's yours. Tighten up your shoelaces, big guy, this will be time to claw your way through. Yu will make it. Because you don't have other options.
We both do our part. It's not one sided at all. If we did a side my side, I do alot more than just get his clothes or make some chocolate milk....
Why would I ever keep my son at arms length?
Everyone's reading into "her kid" way to far...
It's her kid. It's my kid. It's our kid.
Again, please excuse my 8th grade English.
