Bitcoins value is determined by how much faith does the public have in Bitcoin, during times like these, if it falls it means "people are losing faith", but people are stupid.
This probably is a test for Bitcoin, wether it takes over the world during this crisis or the one after the next halving. It's also a test of the people,of wether they understand basic economics, or they believe the lies of the media(they're going to lie hard).
