They are there.
There are honest Bitcoin developers in Core like Jon Atack for example and many more actually as well as many contributers.
That can be checked via the compromised OP_RETURN PRs that the compromised Core devs acked.
Those compromised PRs were nacked 4:1 but of course the corrupted and compromised devs didn't care.
