🚨 Dolphin Card Update
Due to an unexpected issue from our card provider, all cards in our program were suspended. As a result, your Dolphin Card has been disabled, effective immediately.
Here’s what users need to know:
🔹 Your Dolphin Card will no longer work
🔹 Any remaining balance will be fully refunded
🔹 Refunds will be sent in USDt on Liquid
🔹 Pending merchant refunds will not return to your Dolphin Card
If you’re expecting a merchant refund from a recent purchase, please provide the merchant with an alternate card or payment method.
We’ve sent all affected users an initial service update and will follow up soon with:
🔹 Instructions on requesting a refund
🔹 A confirmation once your request is submitted
🔹A final email when your refund has been sent
Refund requests will be handled via a secure form on http://aqua.net. The process is very simple, you’ll only need to enter a Liquid USDt address. If you receive any other communications about refunds, please disregard them, as they may be from scammers. Requests will start processing once we receive funds from our provider, and refunds will be sent directly to your AQUA wallet (Liquid USDt) or any Liquid-capable wallet you choose. We sincerely apologize for this disruption. Our team is already exploring alternative providers to bring the service back in the future.
