That's why I've been spending so much time on Simplex recently. If or WHEN the state and other entities infiltrate nostr and attempt to implement the social credit system that was mentioned in that video, they'll have all users' past notes to take into account. In short, we'll all be even more fucked. Nostriches need to take this far more seriously. Until nostr figures out a way to permanently stop the usage of IP and DNS, this will always be an issue. You could use Tor on clients like Amethyst, Jumble and other web apps, but most don't care to or don't see it as ideal since Tor has a tendency to cripple performance.

I literally can't even use njump anymore because of Cloudflare.
