Should make a bot that just DMs people when they have more than five outbox relays. It might be spammy but the people it's DMing are arguably spamming.

Not the same thing the more relays a individual have the more difficult its to remove their posts.
Also your bot would probably just be blocked, so its a waste of time anyway.
The amount of relays you have has no real bearing on the ability to remove your posts.
