People are not doing a good job "being the algorithm" on nostr. Imagine how hopeless this place looks to new users, with the amount of work I've put into this npub, and me still not getting engagement for memes as good as the ones I made yesterday, while people like corndalorian easily get into Primal trending feeds for shit like complaining about 1 sat zaps.
I can get a brief spike of engagement by posting a video I put weeks of work into, but all someone like corndalorian has to do is post an idiotic complaint.
This less centralized platform (which people pretend isn't a platform) in its current state is almost as censored and echo chambered as any more centralized platform

At least it's not as bad as the first year or so where I would literally get 0 sign of anyone seeing almost anything I posted

I was originally gonna give a defeatist reply about how I used to do that a lot and then I felt targeted by some trend of people blocking any post with more than 2 hashtags, and it drained my energy for using them at all
