OK... after a lot of trial and error I seem to have come right. Definitely was a problem of having both nos2x and ably on at the same time. In some way it wasn't compatible, but I can't quite say how. Any case, crossing fingers that it just keeps going. Much thanks @Dikaios1517 🍻
