Amethyst doesn't operate a wallet/node.
Primal's wallet is from Strike, fully custodial and KYCed.

I currently use Primal to filter for 'Trending' or 'Most Zapped' to get high quality content. Is this coming for #Amethyst, too?

Only through DVMs, as Primal's service is centralized and we don't like centralization on ourselves.
