I don't see it on my Pixel 6A running the last @GrapheneOS update. Maybe a lag between official Android build and @GrapheneOS build.

It's because you're not on the latest GrapheneOS release. Please read and look at the release channel listing there.
The new virtualization functionality (Terminal app) needs changes to work on GrapheneOS and it wasn't part of the initial work of porting to Android 15 QPR2.

Looks like beta channel should have it, correct?
It's there on the beta, but it crashed before Linux can start, after the setup phase completes.
E virtmgr : associateClass: Cannot associate class 'android.system.virtualizationservice.IVirtualMachineCallback' to dead binder with cached descriptor ''.
GrapheneOS no go yet... Was excited to see toggle option in last update tho.
