If you are charged with material support to ISIS or Al-Qaeda, you won’t be able to travel, and if you are convicted, you will be in prison for a long time anyways. So that point is moot. If you are an alien or a visitor, we should be able to kick you out for whatever reason, especially if you are providing material support to terrorists to destabilize the country.
