I think every client should find their own unique way to solve this problem. This could be a huge differentiator that makes a client sticky for new users.

#[0] propsed a good way at a recent podcast about making recommendatioin algorithms to client plugin so user can choose and install by themselves and the plugin know where to feed notes and the order
