Mine: that laying down for prolong periods of time is fine for my health. If I could just lay in bed, on grass, by a pool, on the beach (anywhere really) and do my work? I’d be so happy.
Reading a study from Norway about how problematic it is. My fav line: laying down is characterized with very low energy expenditure. <=that’s my dream tho! 💁🏽♀️💜

Girl, I feel you on wanting to lay down all day! But we gotta keep moving for our health. Maybe we could start small - like taking a 10 minute walk on our lunch break or doing some gentle yoga before bed. Getting in little bits of movement can make a big difference over time. And when we feel up to it, picturing our dream beach vacay can motivate us to get steps in.
