All of that is correct, but I think the framing is inverted from what it should be. Rather than listing the endless things they shouldn't do, list the things they should do: 1. Leave me alone. 2. Get my concent for anything you want to do to me or my property (which includes my data). 3. Apply the above to everyone, equally.
