is there a rss client that privately synchronizes your feeds, read/unread, likes/starred to nostr relays? add some "other stuff" like surfacing highlights and generic notes (which reference the page in a tag or something?) from your wot or global.
i feel like this exists and i just havent seen it... 🤔 #asknostr
