There is no such thing as European nationality currently, neither there is a dominant ethno-cultural group (contrary to Russians in USSR) We have Frenchs, Germans, Poles, Italians, Finns, etc. Every historical attempt to unify this contintent through violence and coercion ended in abrupt bloody failures.
