The pastures are winding down with this grazing pass, the sheep are looking to the woods for forage. In about 10 days the sheep will complete the 4th grazing of the pastures here at the homestead. The pastures are looking ready for a 5th grazing but in addition to the grass I will start pruning branches from the trees that they can't reach to provide more food to help the lambs grow larger and develop a unique (delicious) flavor profile.
