There’s also 13,000+ nodes with No Location. Some of those are in the states as well I would think.

Perhaps---but IMHO if you can afford a cold wallet, you can afford to run a node...and you should. No excuses other than "letting soemone else do it"....Umbrel makes it just clicking a few buttons (same with setting up a Raspberry Pi) If you can install an app on your phone, you can run an Umbrel node. Makes no sense to me to trumpet "self sovereignty" and not run a node. All hat and no cattle...
