If developers end up using Amethyst's code base to create additional social clients, that is absolutely fantastic.
Android's client offerings are lacking. We centralize into Amethyst, because it's the most feature complete. Plebstr, Current, Plasma, etc. are all decent and usable, but the honest truth is they aren't nearly as feature rich or stable just yet. I can't wait for the day when they're all fast, stable, and most features work without a flaw. I can't wait for true choices! I do have faith that these clients will continue to improve over time though.

Yeah, I think amethyst is good. It's what I mostly use. Eventually they will all get past politics and religion and become much better..🙂
I think it depends on the spread of Noster more and the arrival of a lot of users as well I think that some paid services should be provided in order to help provide a good fee that helps them continue
Nostos is not as "clean" and seems to crash a bit, but has a few features I haven't seen elsewhere on Android.

Im using plebstr and Bitcoin Beach wallet. Plebstr could be censoring so much shit. We’ll never know.

It has the most features but it's also the most unstable. If use that codebase guess what's gonna happen.... Sometimes building from scratch is not a bad thing.
