In your opinion, is it possible for we the people to take down Big Medicine and Big Pharma? If so, how do we do it? Please share your thoughts and ideas. I want to see them gone in my lifetime. Many thanks #nostr family💪. #bigMedicine #bigPharma #justice #freedom #selfSovereignty #health #wellness #medicine #healthcare

IDK if we can "take them down" but like bitcoin does to fiat, we can make them obsolete. Step 1 is to disallow for them to continue poisoning us (physically, mentally AND spiritually), step 2 is to take full responsibility for our own well-being. Those 2 should "fix" most of it already. Step 3 would be to build and support independent, decentralized, holistic health practitioners and practices. My 2 sats (I'm not a health professional by any means tho). nostr:nprofile1qqstzt0wugc7sklvr8e7fcl7ukyn63ym3ns4nmf2mnk0vqnz4l9x65qppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qywhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttjv4kxz7fwwak8vuewwdcxzcm99uq36amnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wvf5hgcm0d9hx2u3wwdhkx6tpdshs80ydtj would perhaps have some more boots on the ground intel on how to go about it? 👀

We The People could bankrupt Big Pharma and Big Food — easily and peacefully. All it takes is millions of us adopting and sticking to the Proper Human Diet, and then teaching our family and friends to do the same. When someone commits to a PHD, their health improves — they stop needing most prescriptions. That’s $1,000s lost every year for Big Pharma. When they stop buying “foods” made of grains, beans, sugar, and seed oils, that’s $100s a month lost for Big Food. Then they start buying from local farms and ranches, strengthening real communities and inspiring others to do the same. These simple choices could topple at least 3 pharma giants and 5 food conglomerates — without a protest, without a law, without a single vote. That’s the power of We The People, when we choose to wield it. Great point about making them obsolete - yeah I’ve been trying to think of how the problem of big med/pharma can be approached in the same way that bitcoin solves fiat. Also do you have any thoughts on people who’ve been hurt/made worse by big med/pharma or people who are in a sense trapped in the system because of more serious or complex health issues, for example, a child born with Spina Bifida or something similar that puts the parents and child in some sense at the mercy of big medicine?

No worries at all! Your 2nd question is even more difficult to answer than the first one. though (and the first one isn't easy either). I don't know, but my best bet would be that the answer should entail becoming gradually, slowly, carefully less dependent on big pharma. Like substituting some prescription drugs with herbal counterparts. Like finding physical exercises, which can be done at home, which remedy whatever the ailment is. Like trying to better one's physical health in order to support mental health, or vice versa (you can include spiritual health here as well with practices like meditation, yoga, praying). It's not the best answer, but it's what I can come up with at the moment. Thanks for giving me some food for thought, by the way.
