Be aware. Know thyself. Reflect. Understand that everything is energy, and that everything is interconnected. If you can get that far, it shouldn't be a stretch to deduce that we are all one. Honesty, vulnerability and the willingness to learn (fail) in public are the cornerstones of accountability in my book.
