I see evolutionary advantage in echo chambers. These may sort out doomers and trolls. Future is for more subjectivity imho
If you want to approach unbiased information, then better do it from positive side. For example, setting up your own relay.
Or maybe our greatest mistake was to assume that connecting everyone to everyone would somehow lead to anything else than the same kind of tribalism that has always existed in humanity.
