Trezor safe 7 is pretty nice, great feel and weight to the device. The larger screen makes it way nicer to use than my model T I had.
And with it being larger it's so much easier to type in your seed and passphrase on the device.
It also boots up from being shut off very fast so you can just turn it off to save battery and not worry about it slowing you down.
