The “maximalist culture” is such a weak, thoughtless argument. The primary people giving life to this protocol are “bitcoin maximalists.” If the “Toxic Bitcoin Maxis” left, there would be substantially fewer people here and development would likely slow significantly. Maybe thank them instead of constantly over generalizing and trying to demonize.
