This happened during some testing and I thought I squashed it. Let me look into this again. You mean just a simple refresh on the browser?

Yea that's right just a standard Ctrl r refresh on Windows 10, Vivaldi. There was a nwc error, like 1/2 failed 2/2 failed wallet unreachable, however all invoices had been paid so I assume you retry after some cool down and the failed one went through fine.
