The answer is very simple, it costs money to make stuff. With a limited amount of workers you can only make a limited amount of things. You can’t just wish something in existence, it’s infantile to think in terms of “why don’t they just”. We are open source so why don’t you just write that feature and open a pull request, nostr is permission-less after all.
