Pushing back on the secret recipes answer, if Bitcoinor nostr had a secret recipe, they would be worthless. It's not enough to have ingredients open sourced, in Bitcoin that is the white paper. The code for the clients has to be open source too.
By keeping the recipe secret you're centralizing the production. The value of your product isn't the recipe, it's all of the things around it, the brand, the packaging, the convenience, your expertise and efficiency in production, your ability to source quality ingredients etc.
I can cook everything I get at a restaurant, the value is that I can show up, have a drink and be served.
Open source is one of if not the main value of Bitcoin, otherwise we would just be xrp or ripple maxis.
I'm not even arguing this because I want to make my own hold butter, I have enough on my plate between work and the farm. But I do plan to grow a pecan orchard/food forest in the bottoms and I would only sell those nuts for Bitcoin to someone with their recipe open sourced. Ideally keysend will be advanced enough at that point where I don't even sell them, and i have the possibility of just getting a split on payment.

This made me so happy now I want to know if you would be willing to do a deal so I can sell your stuff at Lake Satoshi in August alongside all my other stuff.
Or you should just come to Lake Satoshi!
