Even if you used the cheapest fee (right now, 0.000025 XMR) and made minimum tips 0.0001 that is 25% of what you're sending. Whereas 0.001 XMR provides a strong 10:1 or larger ratio. I also believe, by extension of my outlook on human dignity, that we should have a higher standard than the dopamine game of lightning "zaps". If you want tipping of individual pennies and dopamine, use lightning where transactions cost a tenth of a penny. I want embers to be different.
