No. Suffering is caused by many things, people, and groups of people. It will never completely go away, and is necessary for spirits to learn and grow. The suffering of the world will significantly decrease when individuals repent of their sinful ways and turn to God and obey Him. No system works unless the people themselves are righteous and charitable on their own. Also when individuals stop supporting and empowering forced-collectivistism (aka democracy) and return the freedom and power to the individual.
