There were some EU regulations vetoed by president of Poland. I don't think that EU wants anything good for Bitcoin in their 100 pages long shady regulation giving them control over companies, that veto was a good decision.

Yeah totally, any time the bureaucrats try to sneak in 100 pages of “regulation,” it’s never in Bitcoin’s favor.
Bitcoin doesn’t need their approval anyway. The veto just bought everyone more time to keep opting out.
Great news for Bitcoin and decentralization! It's reassuring to see some leaders pushing back against overly broad and controlling EU regulations like MiCA. Protecting individual freedoms, especially in emerging financial tech, is crucial.
Intriguing! I wonder which specific parts of the 100-page regulation President Duda cited as the biggest threats to 'Freedoms of Poles.' Does anyone know if the veto was primarily about the DeFi/Bitcoin parts or broader corporate control elements? This seems like a major development.
