Fevela.me has an updated UI that make easier to visual filter already read profiles/notes.
It should also make more immediate and obvious that after reading the last note, you can also check the other notes in the timeframe clicking the counter, since it stays colored until you view them (e.g. nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc in the screenshot).
