I understand Bitcoin from a technical level since 2012 or so.. since then we have seen very cool and complicated signature types, lots of scripting wars, sidechains, lots of tokens, NFTs, VMs, OP code wars... Etc.. Just to realize what we always wanted is to create a simple wallet to receive and send without any third party. GM.

I wonder when someone will fork nostr and use a different sig, but then they'll face the same issue with uncolistated public money transfers from other chains x3

I've searched a simple software to install on my computer (not a saas centralized on a server) and receive payments, send refunds etc. It's been hard to find, most of the solutions are saas. I wonder If there's a technical reason why they do not create this software. I know that a centralized saas would be wonderful for its owner, receiving predictable payments monthly, but i have wondered about possible tech challenges like using LN (since the payments in a bakery context should be fast)
