Not one set of rules decided by the US though. Each country made their own rules. Many were similar but some were different.

I think it was called corona for a reason and is true that not all countries had the same restrictions but most of western world had simmilar rules imposed on their citizens. After 80 years of FIAT system (fractionate reserve debt based cyst-em), and by throwing all money they made into the stock market they were able to control most or all corporations in the world. Governments are, indeed, corporations that have subcorporations registered on them. So, these masters or owners just decided they have crowned themselves thus it was called coronavirus. btw, Antarctica treaty was also signed by 194 countries lots of time ago ...try to go there...u know, they do it for the penguins. How nice the owners are.
