I think I suggested on here a couple of years ago that clients could add a profile field for Bolt12 address as type0 metadata. Wallets should always be non-deterministic and Bolt 12 is the most private bitcoin there is. Supported by Phoenix, CoinOS.io , Strike, and many others.
