@calle For as much as I like and support the Tor project and anonymity in general, Tor has failed it's purpose. Javascript has essentially stripped anonymity on any mainstream platform, and no way are you going to be able to do ANYTHING of import without some government issued ID. Journalists with real breaking stories are still killed on the regular. This is a systemic problem with the internet as it is today. The foundation needs to be fixed. Tor cannot solve this.

That wasn't Tor's purpose nor is it in its control. Tor has other more serious issues.
