One thing I learned recently is that I'm a lot more reclusive than my friends. 🫨

Does it bother you to compare yourself to more outgoing people? I feel that.
That's a good question. I used to be more outgoing when I was younger. If it's strangers, it does require more energy from me which I'm judicious about bc it's draining. If it's people I know, I'm much more relaxed and don't have to fill voids. They know me. I do prefer my own company as I'm aging though. The best way to learn and challenge yourself, however, is through exposing yourself and chatting to others. It's a fine balance. You perfect it as you live.
