Constantly stuck between wanting to buy some raw land with bitcoin rn and waiting just a little longer.
Been waiting 'just a little longer' for so long that I'm having to relearn how to live in the present

I feel this. I think this next calendar year is our moment.
The ability to live on the land, build my own domicile, produce food / harvest energy and potentially make money in other ways with the land makes it a good proposition for me.
In 10 years on my own land I will save > $200,000 in rent and turn $300,000 (raw land and development costs) into a property easily worth 2x what I put in, plus the savings in rent.
It’s also more secure, something that I enjoy doing and a creative outlet for me. I’ve weighed it out and I think it’s worth it.

I want to wait at least a few years and see how people using the Bitcoin backed loans turns out.
