AI replaced me a doctor || 'Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview' > 'GPT-5.4 Pro'
Two days ago I got food poisoning. And it was so bad that my body went into "safe mode" and I was shaking uncontrollably for about 4 hours.
But my body handled it.
Obviously, after such stress, the next day I felt like absolute shit.
I already knew some the basic advice since childhood.
But this was only the second time in my life I’ve had food poisoning, so I had no real experience in recovering from it.
Instead of going to the heavily regulated and often ineffective medical system, I decided to treat myself.
I have experience with self-treatment, and it has always been positive.
Two well-crafted prompts that cost me a few cents and took a couple of minutes - and I already feel significantly better than yesterday.
'Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview' vs 'GPT-5.4 Pro'
And yes, I gave the exact same prompt to both.
The response I got from Gemini wasn’t just extremely useful - it was also genuinely interesting. It explained step by step what was happening in my body at different stages of the poisoning (from the beginning to the peak and the final phase).
This helped me understand much better how to recover properly and regain strength.
In other words, I added a little of my own logic to the AI's advice It also gave me practical advice on where to start the recovery process.
'GPT-5.4 Pro' - typical AI slop. Just a generic list with no actually useful advice other than "see a doctor".
That’s not advice to use AI for your body.
I don’t care what you do with your own body.
This is just my personal experience.
If an AI tells you to drink sulfuric acid, maybe you should use critical thinking. Or maybe not. That’s up to you, it's your body.

There's nothing special about it.
At the beginning of the prompt, I told Gemini to follow the timeline and describe in great detail, hour by hour, what was happening to me.
