OK, I take that back. I still believe humans should be allowed to alter consciousness as they please. It is insanely infantalizing to attempt to prohibit this stuff. No one blames breweries for alcoholism.

People should have the right to alter their consciousness however they want.
abuse by a minority doesn't change that.
