knots filters are actually targeting the inscriptions as well btw. your image is wrong. also, this is a very simplistic view of the network. because nodes can and does effect miner behavior as well. also, OP_RETURN doesn't stop inscriptions, filters that core doesn't have does. in reality 2 years ago core didn't merge the updates to filters to stop inscriptions taproot exploit, which caused utxo size to explode in the first place. you can argue if it was on purpose 👃 or not, but thats for another time.
