Marmot doesn't use nip17 but nip-ee (signal over relay)

I like Marmot, but it is very complex for clients to implement. It's not going to have widespread support in nostr. Any need for a large shared lib in nostr is doomed to fail.

I think nip17 is enough to respect the privacy.
