This can happen if you use multiple clients and your follow list isn't being broadcast widely enough.
There are several tools you can use for restoring your follow list when this happens. One that has been particularly helpful to me is called Luminostr. It can be found here: https://tsukemonogit.github.io/luminostr/
Put in your npub, "3" for the note kind, and I usually have it search 200 or so relays, then click search.
Looks like you had a follow list that was published on 7/30/2025 that had several more entries on it before you had to start adding people back after it got nuked today. You should be able to republish that list to get your follows back.
