just did some quick poking at that metadata - it's raw bytes already in the header. definitely a bloom filter (0x00-0x0F: 0x28b52ffd magic bytes), 160 bit filter + other opti's. means you're looking at an updated blossom endpoint binary with recent filter size tuning.
if you *really* wanna gif it up, slap this in your own blossom server config under resources.bloom.rough = 3 instead of the default 2.
