go to your castr.me page
click the copy RSS feed button next to "subscribe to RSS Feed" and it will give you this RSS feed link.

Then manually add that to any podcasting app. PodcastGuru is great at video so thats what I recommend.
I also added it to podcastindex.org so it "might" show up in the podcast apps search under HODL but this is new ground were breaking here so your milage will vary.
Here it is with all my other podcasts in PodcastGuru.

Also, @Fountain recently added video functionality, so you can upload them there as a podcast.
They're technically a Nostr client so it still counts as a Nostr-only vlog!
