It was a while ago. I just kept getting hung up on kyc verification. Customer service had me keep resubmitting a picture of myself with my drivers license. Never seemed to be right, but I wasn't told what was wrong with the picture. I would get the same form response explaining what I needed to submit, so I gave up after a dozen or so tries.
