dude I was hoping someone with experience might chime in. ☺️ Turns out it’s you hehe. Yeah, online said the iron pill with 65 mg is probably too much for most people. It’s possible to get the recommended 32 mg from eating a variety of whole foods. I get 2-3 day periods, workout twice a week. That’s a good change lol, from spaghetti and tuna. 😯

Hot damn, 65, that's high! You can't even buy such numbers in the stores here in the EU because high dosages can be dangerous (overdosing is possible), they have to be prescribed by a doctor. Mine are 30mg and that's on the high end of what's available.
