What I’ve found is that once you realize the amount of self censorship you’re doing on a daily basis it will trigger a significant cognitive dissonance. My advice? Don’t get too radicalized and go full Rambo in the other direction. You’re still under significant threat in the U.K. Just know what’s what in your own mind and quietly work to undermine the regime and enlighten others.
